CURRENCY
CLAIM RECOMMENDATION
You will have the authority of CLAIM
RECOMMENDATION only if you are a SEVA COORDINATOR. The SEVA COORDINATOR or
CLAIM RECOMMENDER is responsible for accepting the shraddhavan’s claim to
tulsipatra at the first level and further submitting it for final approval.
In order to proceed, click on
RECOMMEND CURRENCY CLAIM (No. 7C) in the WORK FLOW (No.7)
A window to CURRENCY CLAIM will open.
In this table you will see the claims of shraddhavans (No.7 C1).
The first column has the Check box
for SELECT. Here you can select anyone’s claim by clicking on the check box.
The second column has the name of the
claimant.
The third column shows the BHAKTI
SEVA TASK.
The fourth column has the names of
Upasana Centres.
The fifth column has SEVA
MEASUREMENT. As the SEVA RECOMMENDER you have to check this column carefully.
Then check the date of
Bhakti-Seva carefully.
In the last column you will see the seva
venue. This is important for sevas like AADM crowd management which gets
performed at various locations. Claimants claim for tulsipatras by choosing
seva with appropriate venue.
Here you will see the option of VIEW
DETAILS (No.7C2), in which you will find the details of the shraddhavan’s seva.
SEVA COORDINATOR may recommend or
reject the claim (No. 7C3). To do this you must choose one or more Claim select
and then click on encircled RECOMMEND / REJECT CURRENCY CLAIM. The following
window will open. Here you may recommend or reject the Shraddhavan’s claim.
To recommend, click on Recommend
Claim as shown in No. 7C4 or to reject a claim by a Shraddhavan, click on
Reject Claim as shown in No.7C5. If you wish to comment, you may comment in the
given box, as shown in No. 7C6.
After recommending a claim, you will
see INFORMATION window. Here you will be able to see the message that the claim
has been recommended at the first level.
After this you will return to
CURRENCY CLAIM page on which you will have the option to choose RECOMMEND (No. 7C
7) in the claim statement where you will find your recommended list of claims.
